I can't tell if its just the picture but it looks like you have grey eyeshadow spread all the way to your nose! It almost looks like you have a black eye. If that's just the camera, try to get a better pic :) if not, you should clean that up and maybe add a highlight to the inner corner of your eye, it would really make your eyes stand out.

Well is it the eyeshadow or is it the picture? If it's the eyeshadow just take makeup remover to the part of your face where eyeshadow shouldn't be (that whole area next to your nose). If it's the picture, take a different one in better lighting.
