Pregnancy Skincare. please help!

It's my 2nd baby and I'm on my 1st trimester. I noticed that the products I used during my 1st pregnancy is not working on my skin this time. I started breaking out now. Pimples and my skin becomes more dry and not radiant (hello pregnancy glow!). Any suggestion for a facial wash, scrub, moisturizer, eye cream, lotion, deodorant, etc. please, I'm opting for natural products and avoiding some chemicals on such product. please help! Thanks in advance!

Eminence skin care line is all natural and works really well I've used it in a spa I worked in and I loved there products.

Seriously coconut oil is all you need! It works as all of those in one!!
