I never used to have acne, but this past summer I started breaking out on my forehead, temples, nose, chin, and my pores next to my nose. it's not severe acne, it's mild but it's really stressful and I don't know why I have it. I've been trying to clear it but nothing has been working. do you have any tips or product recommendations to help me? thank you! xoxo.

I heard that if you begin to use acne products, the acne will spread and become more frequent. I suggest doing some more research before putting anything on your skin.

I've had some experience with acne, and have tried everything, I hope my advice will help! okay the most important thing, diet. I know sounds dumb, but it's true. drink tons of water throughout the day, and eat healthy. which means cut out greasy and sugary foods, and add in fresh fruits and veggies. this helps so so much! but to treat the acne you already have, a cinnamon and honey facial will help! mix both ingredients together, apply to your face, rinse off in about 15 mins. also what works amazing for me is apple cider vinegar. it spells terrible, but it's so worth it! just put some on a cotton ball and apply to affected areas. also, don't pick at acne. it makes it worse and the bacteria can spread! change your pillow case about once a week, the bacteria on it can transfer to your face and cause more acne. and if you use makeup brushes, clean those often as well! good luck.
