What is a good foundation routine?

First I wash my face with Clean and Clear and then I apply my Cetaphil moistruizer! Next I apply my favorite primer and I apply my foundation on a stippling brush. Next I go back over with concealer and I use a lighter shade concealer under my eyes. Lastly I dust over everything with a setting powder and I am good to go!
