I like Neutrogena makeup remover wipes in regular or lavender. They take off face & eye makeup well, even waterproof eyeliner.

I keep feminine wipes that are individually sealed in my purse. Not for their intended purpose, but for removing my makeup in a real emergency. I don't like how reactive my skin is to most wipes, and they have vitamin E, glycerin, aloe, matricaria extract in them.

I like the Olay makeup wipes, they smell oh so good ☺️ I'm going to try yes to wipes next or even the baby wipes. I tried the Neutrogena wipes, and didn't like them. They work, but the smell was way too strong for me, and they left this weird greasy film on my face. I guess it's not a problem if you're washing your face directly after.

Velen, the neutragena wipes work well, not 100% on tough mascara, but they end up costing an arm and a leg over time.
Lizeth, you could always try 7th Generation baby wipes if you're worried about drying chemicals in baby wipes.
I use apricot oil, found in health food stores, to remove my makeup. I think most any oil would do, apricot's just supposed to be good for aging skin.

I have used Neutragena wipes and the baby wipes. I like prefer the baby wipes. The Neutragena wipes dried out my skin, the baby wipes didn't. Really it depends on your skin type. Nevertheless whatever you use, you should cleanse your face after it and moisturize it. Regardless you have to put the moisturize back in to the skin. I have also used Avocado oil. It works and doesn't clog the pores; but can be a little messy. Yet and still you have to cleanse the face afterwards. Hope this helps.

I use the the regular neutragena wipes, there is oil in them so it doesn't dry my skin. I don't mind the oil cause I wash my face after anyway. I found that for me a like the wipes that have a little oil in them it doesn't make my face feel dry and burn like the alcohol based ones.

Ultrabland from lush! hands down the best makeup remover/cleanser I've ever used. its mostly beeswax. it will leave your skin feeling soft and moisturizes. I have super oily skin and I've never had a problem with it.

Baby wipes are fine and if you really want to boost its removal power saturate it with a cleansing water. I saw a g/f do this at a church retreat and I was amazed to see how much it removed...especially with eye makeup.

I have been using olive oil mixed with water and vitamin e. and I have used coconut oil mixed with water and that works really well. Both of these methods have worked well for me.

Lizeth...there are a few beauties on this thread who aren't mommies. After a scary situation using Burts Bees Facial Cleansing wipes I'll take a babywipe over any skincare created facial wipe. Burts touts itself as being natural and good for the skin. I have three kids myself and used babywipes that weren't the mainstream variety and their bums turned out perfectly fine. My 13 year old now uses them to cleanse her face after cross country practice. No issues. Don't knock it till you try it. :)

Baby wipes are perfectly fine there made for sensitive areas I've been in the skincare industry for a longtime and I never had anyone come in with a real issue because they used a baby wipe

@Lizeth...my husband hates cleansing wipes for the wipes. He's a cosmetic chemist...the man warned me but I didn't listen. I think they're ok for occasional use followed up with a traditional cleansing method. I've used some in the past that didn't cause me any issues but that Burts Bees made me want to never touch any kinda wipe again. I flew overseas looking like I had a fight with a belt and lost. My face was covered with bumpy welts.lol.
