I get this stuff from Walmart for 6$ it's called nail rock I think. It's by the nail stuff. They come with a polish and a little pot of something like glitter of velvet or little gems to dip you nails in. It's really simple. Here's a pic of a glitter one. I live it. Also you can bye matte coat to switch it up from your every day nails.
