So is it necessary to use both primer and translucent powder with a full coverage liquid foundation? Right now I use translucent powder on top and I'm wondering if I'd get a better coverage if I used primer because it's now applying as evenly as it used to. (And I've cleaned my brushes) humm...I need some help on this! Lol. I'm so confused. 😬

Primer helps so that it applies and stays longer. It creates a smooth canvas.

Yes you should definitely use primer. It helps smooth out everything and helps your foundation stay on longer.

Primer isn't necessary, but it does give the skin a m
nice smooth, poreless look & also helps keep your makeup in place a lot longer.
I'd say that powder is always necessary when dealing with a liquid foundation, & especially if you're not using a primer. powder sets the foundation in place & keeps it from settling into your pores & any fine lines.

Step 1: put on primer & give it a good 3-5mins before applying foundation.
step 2: apply foundation (& concealer if you choose to use it).
step 3: set foundation (& concealer) with your translucent powder.
DONE :D

You don't necessary need to use primer but yes translucent powder. It sets your foundation to stay all day long. Primer is optional.
