Fashion Fair has a new liquid mineral foundation. I've never been a fan of Fashion Fair before now. It's always been so heavy. But this is light to me. Check them out.

Have you tried Mac? I'm on the complete opposite end of tw spectrum, so I can understand your frustration. I find MAC has basically every skin tone imaginable.
If you need something less expensive, Iman's cosmetic line is very well reviewed.

Make Up For Ever has liquid foundation for darker tones. I was surprised when they had shades that were too dark for me. NARS, Bobbi Brown and Smashbox all have shades for women of color.
