Maybe get artificial nails. That way you can't bite them for a while! Worked for me(:

Rub garlic paste into them twice a day. It makes them taste awful, and it also stimulates them to grow longer :) I agree with @Paola, artificial nails would stop you biting them while they grow out! When they're long, paint them lovely colours. You'll try not to bite them if they look pretty, because you don't want to ruin them! :)

Depending on how old you are... Get acrylic nails done at a salon! My nails were like yours (if not, worse) and I got acrylics. They're impossible to bite and they look so nice. However, you have to go to the salon every two weeks to get them filled. It does cost money. But I've had my acrylics for about 5 months now and I love them!
