A friend of mine has no eye lashes on one eye what do you think would b the best way to do her make up to make her eyes look even she won't where fake eyes lashes.

Eyeliner is critical, it can give the illusion of having lashes. Smudge it out. Keep the shadow subtle to keep attention away from the eyes.

Using a flat defining brush (also called a flat push brush) she should put some matte brow more black into her lash line to fill it in.
