I suggest going to sephora. I found that I try what people suggest, even beauty bloggers and vloggers, and I hate it or it looks bad and I waste my money so I know sephora has a zillion different types and brands that you can try. Mac has one. or ulta. If you are looking cheap at least get an idea of the primer you need for your type of skin.

Besides primer you should try the elf setting spray. It's super cheap and it definitely makes my makeup stay on longer. As for primer, smashbox has lots of different ones and they all work great! Hope this helped(:

Paola is right, smash box have oil free ones that's are good for oily skin. I like primed and poreless by too faced, it's works well with my oily skin and helps to minimise the appearance of my pores

A good setting spray. I use MAC fix-it but there are many good ones out there.

Mac fix+ isn't a setting spray, it's just a refresher. Use a setting spray like skindinavia, model in a model, or urban decay. Spray it before your foundation, and right after all your makeup. It will makes everything last for hours!

Don't do hairspray, it's really bad for your skin ;)
