I have a pencil eyeliner but it works poorly with a cat eye. What is the best type of eyeliner and how to get the perfect cat eye effect?

I like gel liners or liquid liner for a cat eye, and the only way to get a good cat is practice

I like liquid. I use cake liner and MAC #210 brush.
