The naked palette (1) has some really gorgeous gold sparkly colours in it, unless you're looking for an individual one :)

I have the naked palette and I'll have to check out and see if they work because they might but I really want almost just a pure gold pigment if that makes sense, but sparkly

Okay great!! In that case I could use half-baked from the naked palette and then a glitter I think.

Liquid/cream eyeshadows should be able to give you the pigmentation. Try lookin at elf products. I know they have a silver liquid eyeshadow so they might have gold.

There is a L'Oreal infallible eyeshadow that looks just like that. It's like a pressed pigment. It's really pigmented!! You can get it at the drugstore. Look for the gold one.

Umm there aren't many eyeshadows like that but if you get a gold eyeshadow base and some chunky glitter it will turn out really good.

I own the Naked palette that a few girls are referencing and it has two gold colors "Half Baked" and "Smog." I do not think either of these are pigmented enough for the look you're going for.
I went to Sephora and asked the sales associate to help me, showing her the picture I had. She recommended two things to me, Bare Minerals gold eyeshadow (very pretty and pigmented, but I wanted more of an actual glitter and not a shadow) and Stila Magnificent Metals Foil Finish eyeshadow. The Bare Minerals shadow was $14 and the Stila one was $32 (I know. I almost fainted.)
She swatched the Stila for me and I fell in love. It's something different than I've ever seen before. It comes with this clear liquid in a little eyedropper that you drop onto the brush and then brush onto your lids. Next you take your finger and rub it into the pot to pick up the glitter and press it onto your eye. You have to use your finger, a brush won't work.
I really like this product because it's not really a shadow and it's a lot less messier than the glue/loose glitter method a lot of artists use. It's very pricey but I think it's really worth it.
I've included some pictures of the actual packaging (it comes in two different kinds of gold, I have the one called "Vintage Black Gold" which does not look black at all.)
