Lately my hair has been really frizzy and I've been shedding so bad!
Anyone know of any great shampoo and conditioner for this problem?
And what daily vitamins should I take for hair growth?

I use this shampoo from living proof brand called no frizz and it's super helpful for frizzy hair. I loveit.

You naturally shed so the hair growth cycle can start over. And unless you have a absolutely terrible diet taking any kind of vitamins isn't going to do anything.

Try looking into Aveda products. the majority of their products are organic or mostly all natural and plant based.. they can be pricey but the end result is worth it. check out their smoothing line :)
