Or the nyx eye pencil in milk... but out of the 3 Banashi said I think the concealer and powder works best

Try nyx eye pencils or maybelline color tattoos. I use barely branded under my eyeshadow and it works really well. (Bad to the bronze under darker colors) but you can also use concealer and powder.

I use MAC Paint Pots as an eyelid base, but the makeup artist Chrisppy uses MAC Pro Longwear concealer. I love that concealer for my face, never would think to use it as an eyelid primer.
