Baking soda and warm water! Before you brush your teeth t night and morning, take about two teaspoon of warm water an baking soda, mix it well unroll it becomes paste like. And brush your teeth with a soft tooth brush. It might taste weird but it works! Or try to use something with 1%hydrogen peroxide concentration.
I use the Colgate Optic White and my mouth wash is the Crest 3D White
