Recently I went to Sephora and purchased the Too-Faced Eyeshadow Primer. I am absolutely in LOVE with this eye primer. It sets my eyeshadow and under brow highlighters beautifully. I really recommend this to anyone looking for an eye primer. The cost was around $18.00 for 0.35oz which is a bit pricey for some people but a little goes along way and it works great !
