If that's the case, definitely try the Kat Von D lock it tattoo concealer. You can go to Sephora and try it out.

I tend to go for any concealer with good coverage and make sure to apply an eyeshadow base. I currently use the L'Oreal True Match concealer. And I use the urban decay eyeshadow primer. Keeps the eyeshadow from creasing. Which I would have a bit of a problem with because I have oily skin.
