Maybe try a waterproof makeup remover twice?!! I think it would work!! But if still it doesn't comes off, then I think you should try coconut oil!! Apply a little drop of it on a cotton ball or pad and rub!! It really works! Especially for eyes.

Baby oil! It cost like a couple of dollars it's so gentle on the skin and it removes waterproof makeup I use it as my makeup remover and even if it oily just wash your skin after xx

Get a cotton round put what ever you are using to remove your makeup on that and hold it down on your eye for a few seconds, then wipe down.

I use makeup remover to remove most of it. then I shower wash my blah blah blah. after all that I put on a little petroleum jelly on my eye and gently remove it excess with tissue. you will see all that left over mascara on the tissue.

I have tried baby oil for waterproof mascara and I don't think it's that great...I like aquaphor better..I personally don't use any of that anymore I buy eye makeup remover but the oils might be a cheaper option..and I don see why the olive or coconut oil wouldn't work...probably great for your skin too!

You could also use sephora water proof makeup remover with a cotton tip or cue tip and gently rub on your lashes.
