Question, if the starting rate for a MUA to charge for a neutral look is $40, should that include doing a lash application? The second question is should a more dramatic look be more money?

1. Yes, I think $40 should cover lash application as well.
2. Maybe make the dramatic look $50-60 because it does require more time and makeup?

I know Ulta charges a $30 flat rate for a makeover, no matter neutral or dramatic. I think they charged me an additional $10 for lash application and I had to buy the lashes in store. Just a little reference for you to go off of. Best of luck in your new beauty career 😘
