What's the best and easiest way to remove mascara?

I use makeup removal pads for my mascara but if its waterproof mascara you will probably need something oil based. Vaseline or baby oil works well just dab a small amount on a qtip or cotton pad if you don't have an oil based remover on hand. Be sure to wash your face as normal afterwards.
