I've always had troublesome eczema all over my body but now that the cold weather has come my skin has dried out like it always does. Do you have any recommendations for body washes and/ or lotions and cremes? I've tried soooo many products and I've never found one that improves my skin. Its really dry, itchy, flaky and now its all over my neck. ): ):
seriously, what do yall suggest?

Hydrocortisone cream and eumovate cream really helps eczema! My boyfriend has it and when he uses those creams it really helps. Also for a wash I'd use one which is soap free femfresh do one. Hope this helps! X

Apply oil(almond, olive) before bathing leave it on your body for 30 mins and take a bath. don't scrub or use harsh soap you may feel like the oil is still on your skin after bathing but thats the coating that will avoid dryness.

My little cousin has it too.
Organic cold pressed coconut oil, vitamin e oil, chamomile fresh dried tea leaves, and breast milk...if you no anyone breastfeeding that wouldn't mind lol. It really works.

Don't mix them all together though. Used separately. You could mix aloe Vera with vitamin e oil tho.

My sister has it and she goes to sunbeds twice a week and uses a cream called doublebase and her skin is lovely. you wouldnt think she had eczema. sunbeds will take it away completly but then some people don't like using them :-)

Definitely try tanning! I work at a tanning salon and my co worker has eczema and psoriasis , she uses the lowest tanning booth we have and it clears her up.
