Try a makeup fix spray mac have one that's meant to be good. Also olive oil balanced out the oils in my skin and my skin is much better now it's not really oily anymore! And it's best to use a cream to powder foundation rather than liquid. Those ones are normally full converge too I use sleeks compact foundation and it gives me a Matt finish and also get a mattifying primer too

You should try a powder mineral make up like sheer cover. liquid foundations will only make your skin more oily and shiny. sheer cover lasts for hours too :-)

I love Rimmel Stay Matte for a powder, it really stays true to its name, and it's only about $3 at Walmart. I also love love my e.l.f makeup setting spray, it has aloe and lots of good for your skin ingredients, and it's only $2 or $3 at Target or on their website (eyeslipsface.com) Just spray it on after you do your makeup and it will stay all day :) if you run into any additional oily issues you can always buy blotting sheets from a drugstore :)
