I am currently using rosehip oil as a moisturiser on my face as I have some acne scars. I heard (on QVC) that if you continue to use the same brand of moisturiser, it stops benefiting the skin after 6 months. That being said can anyone recommend any oils similar to rosehip with the same benefits..? Thanks in advance ladies :)

I never heard of that one. I've been using the same evening moisturizer for two years and it hasn't stopped being a benefit for my skin. If I take it completely out of rotation then my skin says "WTF" and ask for it back. It actually takes 3-6 to see true results from any skincare product so I think what you heard on QVC is a myth. Keep using your rosehip oil if its working for you and seeing results. If you like to explore another oil...look into grapeseed oil. I have it in my skincare program as a nighttime undereye moisturizer. It doesn't leave an oily film behind which I love.

Palmers skin therapy oil is amazing for scars! It's effects can literally be seen within the first week! X.

You could try avocado oil and/or coconut oil. Some people say that if you have acne you should stay away from coconut oil but I haven't had a problem with it!
