I do mascara before anything because I always make a mess with it haha, then all of my eye makeup. I clean up and make it look neat with q-tips and makeup remover. then I do my face makeup and lips (:

I always do face then eyes. It's like a little routine for me. Then again, I never really use dark shadows, so my opinion might be biased.

I always do eyes first foundation second I don't think it really makes a difference for me.
