The clear polish that tastes bad kinda worked for me, I'd recommend it. But the main reason I stopped biting my nails was cause I got really into nail art and wanted my nails to be long for that

I useto have a problem with that also. I bought a pair of fake nails and wore them for about 2-3 weeks. After that, I just got useto not biting my nails anymore

I totally recommend gross clear nail polish. You'll teach yourself that biting your nails tastes bad and you won't want to do it anymore. Or try acrylic nails. Those are difficult to bite off haha. Also, your nails may grow a bit while they're on. But remember to go back to the place you got them done to get them off, don't try to peel them off. :) Hope I helped.

I had the bad tasting polish and it worked wonders!! Chewing gum also helps too. I also always had stuff in my hands when I got bored so I wouldn't bite my nails. A stress ball or a key chain helps! Hope that was somewhat helpful xx

Get gel nails. I bit my nails for years and years until I got gel nails a year ago. didn't touch them ever since!

I bite my nails too and have ever since I can remember. You should try keeping them painted and whenever you catch yourself trying to bite, sit on your hands or do something with your hands so that you can't. If that doesn't work, try acrylic nails. Remember this takes a lot of effort to stop, so it's up to you whether you really want to quit.
