Plus White is around $7 and you can get it at Walmart. I just ordered some on Amazon after watching Kandee Johnson's video on how she whitens her teeth.

Put a tiny bit of toothpaste into a small cup, mix in one teaspoon baking soda plus one teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide, and half a teaspoon of water. throughly mix then brush for two minutes. strawberries help to whiten your teeth as well so indulge yourself with some strawberries :)

1/4 coup of baking soda + juice of a half lemon, mix and apply on teeth for 1 minute ( Dr. Oz's recipe). Repeat once in two weeks, or depending on your teeth. I never tried, but ppl like:-)
