I have prom coming up soon but I can't find a dress I want and will look good in. The other girls said they were going to wear tiaras with their dresses but I plan on going to my hairdressers to get my hair done.

I'm currently 5ft 3, my hair reaches the bottom of my back, and I wonder say I'm relatively slim.
I also need a dress that suits smaller busts as I'm a 32B.

If you could help me in anyway I'd be very grateful :)
