Hii okay so my friend united me to her sweet sixteen but no clue what to wear! It formal soo I need a dress heals (or flats because we're going to be dancing) hair and makeup! Thanks a bunch.

Try just a solid colour fit&flare/skater dress, I got a black fit&flare from Forever 21 for $25, they have a lot! They're cute and simple, formal but not overdone. For hair try loose curls with half pinned up for a romantic sweet look or sleek straight hair for a sexy look. Makeup should be a nice smokey eye, either black or dark brown, maybe add false lashes if you want! Blush, highlight and contour liberally so it shows up nicely if photos are taken. :)

Try something formal but not to fancy since it's almost winter try something in a deep red or blue with gold accessories and heels
