Not sure when its coming out, but the palette looks awesome! I've seen the colours & they all have a pretty nice warm tone.
the design on the palette itself looks pretty cool too. out of all the UD Naked palettes, 3 is so far my favorite c:

For everyone to get there's it's on December worldwide :) and for others November I'm using UK France I've heard it was released to soon but December if you sign up with urban decay website they will alert you when is the release date for it :)

The new palette has more pink and rose gold undertones which is great for all skin types especially neutral. The palette looks incredibly pretty and will definitely be on my Christmas list!

It's both. The UD site will be releasing it in November, everywhere else should be getting it early December, people are saying they've heard the 10th and the 16th. I imagine they'd release it early in December at retailers as they probably want the money from girls holiday shopping.

I second the 12th lol I work at Macy's where there's an urban decay counter so were having an event the night before for people who want it early. Or at least I'm pretty sure we are lol
