There areamy great uses for coconut oil. cooking/ baking for a healthier albeit sweet taste. use it as a hair mask or skin moisturizer. it works great as a makeup remover as well. or use it to make a body scrub. scoop it out and it will melt in your hand or place the jar in hot water and it will soften the oil, or dilute in water. Pure/organic is best.

I absolutly adore coconut oil, I second Heather for every use and add that you can also use it as a shaving oil, instead of foam, your legs will thank you! as for the hair growth you should mix 1 tsp of coconut oil, with 1 tsp of castor oil, heat it up for few seconds (you can use a blow dry on top of the bowl) and massage it onto your hair, if you can leave overnight protect by shower cap, if in a rush slightly dump your hair before you apply oil, put shower cap on an leave for at least an hour.do not dump your hair if you leave it overnight.do it twice as a week.
