How do you put liquid eye liner on?

By applying it to your eyes.

Their are some videos on youtube that can help. I wear liquid eyeliner on my top. It looks bad on the waterline. But when you draw it on put it close to lashes and do little lines. Make sure eye is closed or half open. Then do little lines and connect them together after. It is better to explain in video so I would look it up on you tube.
