Im the same! Maybe put some natural looking false nails on them so ur nails can grow underneath. Then when when they longer paint them beautifully so youll treat them like jewels and u wont want to ruin them. If that dont work, just think that biting ur nails is just as unhygienic as licking a toilet seat!!! Lol! X

I put on nail polish and put rhinestones all over them. You literally cannot chew on them if you do this. Looks kinda ridic though lol

I used to do it too.. Now my nails are super long:) I stopped cuz I always had nail polish on my nails and I didn't wanna ruined it so I didn't ate my nails anymore. It helped me a lot!

just buy a anti bite nail polish put it on ur nails and it will have a bad taste for u to chew hope this helped (:

I used to be a nail biter when I was younger and up into my teens. Then I got braces, which I wore for two years. After that I stopped.
That likely won't help you though. I'd suggest just painting them, even if it's just a clear polish.

Use nail polish and when you want to bit your nails just scrap the polish off. I bit my nails for many years and this is the only thing that helped.

ORLY has a polish that tastes bad to help stop biting. The way I stopped was always having my nails painted. I was less likely to destroy a nice manicure!

Well then you need to stop biting your nails. Its a bad habit & looks gross when seen by others, on top of that your nails look super short & unhealthy. Chew on gum or candy whenever you feel like biting your nails off.

Well biting your nails is a impulse so its kinda hard i recommend trying something like playing eith your hair or something to take your mind off of doing it. If that doesnt work this might seem strange duck tape your fingers or paint your nails so u wont be able to.

yeah I used to have the same problem tel I was 14 then my mom , sister screamed at me and I got seriously made when ever I bite them I hit my hands and sat on them kinda silly but helped

I recommend to get the gel nail manicure... ur could do them your self they sell the kits at Walmart or target... I don't recommend getting false nails only because they ruin your natural nails.... so you should be good with gel nails plus they look really cute and it's a long lasting manicure.. p.s it doesn't chip

I have been getting the OPI Gel nails at the salon I work at and it has kept me from chewing on my nails believe it or not. They're so pretty to and can last for weeks and are really good for your nails versus acrylic nails destroying them.

This might sound silly but as a nail biter myself i learnt to stop by just giving myself the one nail to chew on and let the rest grow, once the others had grown and looked nice I stopped altogether, you have to programme yourself not to do it which does take a long time! always keep a nail file with you wherever you go so that if you do slip up and have a chew you can quickly file to make it smooth again. In my opinion false nails will only make your natural nail weak and more appealing to bite! good luck :)
