If you have bags, try freezing a spoon overnight then in the mornin hold it on for about 5 mins or so and they should be reduced, I have the same problem as you do and I really hate it, but the bet thing to do is concealer and highlighting also no dark eyeliner try using a white or cream one cuz it'll make ya eyes look a bit bigger :* hope this helps

My favorite trick is white eyeshadow in the inner corner of your eyes. They make them pop!
