Is deep conditioning hair overnight a good or bad thing?

I'd say it's a good thing. It allows the conditioner to deeply penetrate into the hair shafts. I don't think you can over moisturize your hair :)

It depends on the conditioner you're using. Protein conditioners need to be washed out. Moisture conditioner can be kept in.
