HELP! Need advice for upcoming photoshoot.

I have tried on so many different occasions to recreate this wet/dewy skin look. I have tried illuminators/highlighters, olive oil spray, numerous things to try and tackle this effect. Can someone please enlighten me on how to get this look. Photo credit Emma Summerton for Vogue.

Baby oil gel, they sell it in drugstores.

Gives a glow like this- my work :)
