Get a tiny bit of serum or anything similar rub it on your hands and run it over the top to smooth out. Don't put too much bc it can make your roots appear to be oily.
Or just use hair spray and smooth out with a brush

All of the above work but I know it may sound weird but a dryer sheet thru the hair should help w/the static in the hair.:)
