It works really good. You can also try adding honey to the oil oil and heat it up. At first it feels nasty and sticky but after you shampoo and condition it feels amazing

Coconut oil helps too. What I do is take some coconut oil heat it up over the stove in a small cast iron pan and when after a few minutes add egg whites to it. Mix it up and apply it to your hair (like with what Linda P. advised it is also sticky and feels disgusting-but it works! What I like to do to lock in the heat is take an old Walmart bag and wrap it around my head and leave it in for about 30-45 minutes. Make sure you wash it out and get all the stickiness out and it leaves your hair soft from the coconut oil and strong from the protein in the egg
