I do have deep set eyes..kind of the hooden eyelids!! But I will work on it.. thank you ladies.

Great picture! Very helpful. Just be sure to follow the natural angle from your lower lashline. start there and glide the eyeliner upwards. Another trick you can use is to take your finger and rub it upwards from the lower lash line and it will smear the liner in a wing for you. just clean up around it when your done. I hope that makes sense, its kinda hard to explain.
