I've been entertaining the idea of adding serums to my skincare routine and was curious to hear what other Beauties had to say about the subject.
So... Experiences? Recommendations? I'd love to know =)

It depends what you want to achieve for your skin. Ive used a few serums and I do think they greatly improve the quality of your skin
Ive used Estee Lauders Idealist serum and Lancomes Visionaire.
I found either made my skin smoother and softer. And also gave it the appearance of being brighter.
They are quite pricey so I would reccomend asking the counter for a sample and youll be able to test it out over a couple of days.
Hope this helped a bit!

Serums are a holy grail in my skincare routine. Like Jennefer B. mentioned it all depends on what your trying to achieve for your skin. Myself personally I rotate between a hyaluronic acid for intense oil free moisturizing and 17% glycolic (AHA) to help keep my pores clear and avoid skin cell build-up plus it keeps breakouts at bay. To lock in the benefits of any serum that you use its best to apply a moisturizer on top. One that isn't going to compete with your serum so the benefits of both aren't cancelled out. With an AHA serum for example you don't want to use a moisturizer with salicylic acid unless you enjoy a nasty skin reaction(both together are too harsh).
