Maybe it takes a while to kick in and your moisturiser and toner might not be right for your face type! You should experiment with others :)

After you wash your face take a cloth and dampen it with cold water, then pay it on your face, cold water closes the pores making them look smaller

Get a green tea bag and wet it. Then, rub it gently all over your face as green tea minimizes pores. Or a cup of hot water and put the green tea bag in it and wiggle it around for a minute or more and use the tea bag to rub on your face and you can use the water as a mist after you wash your face. Do this until you see the result :)
