Hey guys I m.bit confused... is exfoliating n scrubing the exactly d same thing?? because they serve the same purpose that is to remove deadskin but where ever I read about exfoliation.. its alwaz about using sugar aur fine grain scurb..

Scrubbing is a form of exfoliation but you can exfoliate your skin in different ways. many products contain alpha hydroxy acids, often found in fruits, which help remove the outer layer of your skin revealing smoother skin underneath. that is essentially what exfoliation is and it involves zero scrubbing. some natural examples of ahas (alpha hydroxy acids) are witch hazel, apple cider vinegar, tea tree oil, salicylic acid, lactic acid, etc.

Lollz.. alessia I read in.vogue that its important to exfoliate your screen twice a week... I do make sure to scrub my skin twice a weak... but not if I start doing exfoliating my skin.. thn do I need to do both of thm... do you know hw to exfoliate oily sensitive skin wid home remedies??

you can try lemon honey sugar scrub for exfoliation or try using face washes n face creams containing AHA's.In India you get AHAglow face wash which contains glycolic acid.I use it and its very good.
