Hi! I have this black pigmentation around my lips it looks odd and doesn't match to my normal skin tone. I also have acne, oily prone skin, n therefore I avoid using moisturisers. Plsssss help how do I overcome this pigmentation around my lip area...

It is actually normal for darker skinned people. If you want to make it lighter, I suggest a lipliner of your lip shade.
