My hair takes too long to grow ! I even don't have any split ends ! It's really healthy too but it doesnt grow like normal people hair grow ! The growth Is super slow !

there are two things that i usually do that i think make a difference! every single day, i flip my hair upside down and brush all the way from my scalp to the ends. This moves around your natural oils, and helps it grow! also, when your done with your shower... put you hair under cold water.. this also makes your hair super soft!! Let me know if you try it out :)

There are several ways to promote hair growth

Take biotin
Take ashwaganda
You should increase protein intake
You need lots of vegetables and fruits
Externally get good hair oil like Mira hair oil
It will promote faster hair growth
