I want to be able to curl my hair but I want to give my hair a break from heat too, any Ideas or could someone explain how to do the friars tuck? thanksss:)

Youtube it, if you can't find any under friars tuck, then search head band curls, you just like rap your haur around a head band, or you just twisted and incorporate sections, like in a french braid.
