If you like using more shimmery shades go the naked 2 :) I'd even look at the Lorac palettes! I have my eyes on the pro and unzipped palettes

Naked 2 has only two matte colours which is a slight pinkish brown and the black.. However the basics are very natural and all matte.. If you like the shimmery look then go for naked but I would recommend the basics for a everyday look

Because you have fair skin you can easily do either or. I myself would go with the NAKED 2, but again it depends on if you like shimmery or matte. If you'd like both, look into the Lorac pro palette.

Shimmer shades are actually horrible to blend to create a perfect Smokey natural look because the shimmers clash and become so "unnatural" looking, which is why I wouldnt recommend the naked 2 pallet. I've got naked 1 and naked basics and I looovee the naked basics! it doesn't look like much but its so versatile and creates the perfect natural Smokey eye.

Depends if you want "natural" or not. I personally have never worn a "natural" eye in my make up life. So it depends what your personal tastes are. I used the basics the other day on my friend and she loves it. I have both naked 1 and 2 and love them, and with the matte shades in naked 2 and naked 1 could get a very similar look to that you could get from the basics.
