I need a good eyeliner for my bottom eyelids, I have some but they always ruin my makeup.because it doesn't stay in that spot so it looks like someone punch me in the face I have oily eyelids please someone tell me a good eyeliner or eye pencil.

I have one by Milani called the easyliner eyeliner pencil and it stays on well and I have oily eyelids and watery eyes. You can get it at the drugstore. It's cheap.

If you spend a bit of extra time you can use a black eyeliner pencil (I like the one by jordana) and then go over it with a liquid. if it still runs set it with a black eyeshadow and no way in heck can it budge.

Even if you aren't applying shadow... you can use an eye primer (I usually use one from Mary Kay) and lightly apply powder, this way it will help with the oily-ness of your eyes. I like the ones from Maybelline, NYX, Bobbi Brown, and the Badgal waterproof liquid liner from Benefit. (:
