What brand is your concealor and have you checked the used by date have you tried a finishing spray.

Could be the concealer itself being too thick. Undereye concealers are very specific, they need to be more on the thin side in terms of consistency. Either buy a new one (Maybelline Age Rewind, Garnier anti-dark circle roll on) OR mix the concealer you have with some moisturizer to thin it out, and see how that goes. :)
