I think this outfit is fine, you have neutral colours and your outfit suits perfectly, the shoes and the top look practically the same colour as well which makes the shorts stand out a bit more:) I think you should wear some cute bangle bracelets, gold jewellery would look perfect with this outfit, maybe a denim jacket to throw over incase you get cold if you have one.

The top isn't baggy at all lol, it's lose fitting which you need with these shorts, because it skims over any girls lumps and bumps and flirs out slightly at the bottom, then your shorts are skinny fitting, so the looser the top the better, I think a loose flowey white shirt would look adorable with this too.
