I use to have long hair but I cut it a few years back and it hasn't been growing back the same. It never gets back to the same length. I do straighten and curly my hair a lot but I can't help it. I hate my natural hair. Any tips?

You're best bet is to wash your hair only 3 times a week...your hair uses the oils that your head makes to get nutrients...if your going to cu or straighten your hair use a heat protector!! Let your hair air dry before you straighten or do anything to it...
